We are excited to offer two fully-funded PhD opportunities relating to the use of NILS data. These projects are led by current director, Prof Ian Shuttleworth, and soon-to-be new director, Dr Estelle Lowry. The projects will look at new insights into how the population of Northern Ireland is changing over time, with particular focus on social deprivation and graduate mobility.
The successful candidates will work within an experienced team, have access to relevant training in research, analysis and other transferable skills, and undertake a three-month placement in the Department for Economy, providing invaluable networking opportunities, in addition to working on important research with policy and societal relevance.
You can find out more details on the projects and how to apply at the following links.
