Engagement & Impact Session – NILS 20th Anniversary

Could the NILS help answer questions that matter to your community or organisation?

We are inviting researchers, community organisations, policymakers, local governments, and public bodies to join us for an interactive afternoon session on Engagement and Impact as part of the Northern Ireland Longitudinal Study’s (NILS) 20th Anniversary event.

The NILS has supported research on population health, inequalities, ageing, housing, migration and other important areas of life in Northern Ireland. We now want to hear from those working beyond academia about how this resource could become even more useful.

During the session, participants will:
๐Ÿ”น Hear how AgeNI has worked with the NILS
๐Ÿ”น Learn about the value of the NILS and the projects it has supported till date
๐Ÿ”น Explore how the NILS could respond to evidence needs across communities and government
๐Ÿ”น Hear about the new Small Grants Scheme
๐Ÿ”น Join an interactive roundtable discussion to share ideas on research priorities, evidence gaps and enhancing impact
